Our Story

FreshBites Co began with two sisters, a shared sense of creativity and a fascination with the wonderful world of food dehydration.

 

With a background in hospitality, Kamilla has always had an eye for presentation and the little details that make something special. Her creativity naturally led her to explore beautiful dehydrated fruit garnishes for cocktails and drinks — and from there, the possibilities grew into food styling, entertaining and decorative creations.

 

For Flavia, the inspiration came from somewhere very different: motherhood.

 

Like many mums, she was always looking for ways to encourage her son to enjoy more fruit and vegetables. When fresh fruit wasn’t always his first choice, dehydration opened up a new world — familiar fruits transformed into naturally sweet, colourful and exciting snacks he could actually enjoy.

 

Two different journeys brought us to the same place.

 

Today, FreshBites Co brings those ideas together — creating beautifully dehydrated fruits and vegetables for snacking, drinks, tea infusions, food, entertaining and creative garnishes.

 

We believe the beauty is already inside the fruit. Our job is simply to preserve and celebrate it — its natural colour, flavour, aroma and character.
